REFUND POLICY
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason we'd love the chance to fix it for you so please read the following policies to find out what to do.
Please contact us via phone 07 3089405, email: toopretty@xtra.co.nz or facebook messenger before returning anything. Failure to do this may result in us not accepting the return back.
Jewellery
* We have a strict no return policy on all jewellery purchased for hygiene reasons.
Sale Items:
* These purchases are final no returns or exchanges - no exceptions
Online Returns & Exchanges:
* We do not refund for any reason. However we do offer exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind as we know it can be hard to buy from an image, we are happy to help with any questions you have about the item you would love to purchase so please make CONTACT and we will help no question is too hard. If the size you need to exchange for is no longer in stock we will issue a credit that can be used towards your next purchase.
* Items can only be exchanged once so please choose your exchange item carefully.
* Any goods returned must be done so WITHIN 5 DAYS of receiving them, and must be not worn, soiled or damaged with tags still attached. We reserve the right to not accept back any items that do not meet this requirement.
* Anything that needs re-posting due to incorrect sizing will be at the customers cost.
Faulty or incorrect items:
Too Pretty are committed to providing top quality products to all our customers. All items are checked for any faults before they are dispatched however should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately by emailing: toopretty@xtra.co.nz
